Widen Your Path with Bricks!

E-mail Print PDF

The Endowment Committee has found a new engraver for our pavers/bricks for the church and school paths. The number of letters and spaces will be reduced to thirteen per line; the number of lines for the smaller bricks will still be three but for the larger bricks the number of lines possible will be increased to six. Most exciting of all, small icons icons may be added to the text, e.g., a cross for someone who has died.

Order your brick now! Bricks can be ordered on a "lay-away" plan, contributing a certain amount each month until the brick’s cost is paid. Call Lisa or Elise at the Church Office (773-324-2626, Ext. 0), about adding to your message, especially if you wish to use the icons. A small amount space is required for the icon so you may need to write a shorter message.

Thank you for your order!

Parish Mission

St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, “God’s People in Extraordinary Variety,” is a welcoming community of Roman Catholics from diverse social, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. We rise to the challenge of creating community in diversity through our shared commitment to Christ’s redeeming love.

Our mission is twofold: To promote unity among our members through prayer, participation in the sacraments, Catholic education (in its various forms), and social interactions; and to express the gospel values that unite us in our community and the community around us, especially by sharing our gifts of time, treasure, and talent.
